New York-based brokerage and risk management firm Integro appointed Jennifer Romano as managing principal, based in New Jersey.
She will manage complex placements and risk consulting services for healthcare clients throughout New Jersey and the Tri-state area under the leadership of Boston Office Leader Ruth Kilduff.
Romano brings more than three decades experience in healthcare professional liability program design with a focus on integrated healthcare delivery systems. She was pivotal in designing and implementing the first Risk Retention Group for a health care entity in New Jersey. She joins the firm from Marsh & McLennan, where she was managing director in the healthcare practice.
