Boston-based medical professional liability insurer ProMutual Group has named Mark W. Lynch as its new controller in the corporate finance department.
Lynch will be responsible for the financial reporting of all ProMutual Group companies, including federal and state tax filings, treasury management, external and internal audit coordination as well as rating agency communication.
Prior to joining ProMutual Group, Lynch performed a variety of roles at MiddleOak, a property/casualty insurer, where he began his career in 1984 as an accountant.
