    I’m guessing the only way the wife will prevail against the order is if her signature doesn’t appear on ANY of the house purchase documents; if she did sign something, she will have a much harder burden of proving she wasn’t aware of where the funds originated to buy the house, and not be culpable…

    BTW…I’m NOT a lawyer!
