Florida needs to watch what NJ does and if it works, we need to do the same thing.

Locusts are the swarming phase of short-horned grasshoppers of the family Acrididae. These are species that can breed rapidly under suitable conditions and subsequently become gregarious and migratory. They form bands as nymphs and swarms as adults—both of which can travel great distances, rapidly stripping fields and greatly damaging crops.[1]
The origin and apparent extinction of certain species of locust – some of which reached 6 inches (150 mm) in length – are unclear.[2]
All states need to do away with the no fault law. Lets go back to a tort system. Lets at least make all the locust I mean Lawyers work for their money

A great article. Absolutely true to the fact.
I am NJ pain doc, one of the few ones who do not abuse the system, do not charge quadruple-the-fee-schedule fees, certainly do not make millions a year, and do not take patients to the ” known hospital” , located in Secaucus, NJ ….
I am appalled at how widespread abuse is.. The most amusing is that everybody in the industry knows how it is done , who the abusers are, how they do it, all the semi-legal schemes and legal loopholes used – and nothing have been done for years….
If I were an investigative body REALLY interested in uncovering the widespread abuses in PIP industry – a simple review of referral patterns and the money trail from the end provider to the referring entity – no matter how convoluted it may be – will be like an open book…
Why it does not happen ? Seems like PIP money feed far more people, people who actually call the shots and pull the strings…..
It is such a lucrative feeding ground for many unscrupulous lawyers, chiropractors and doctors – and they do profits – directly or indirectly – with the rain makers…
I have just received a solicitation from a law firm ( must be one of the “certain” law firms ) asking for a $ 2000.00 contribution – to protect PIP – involved practitioners form the anticipated law changes..no comments here.
