USI Insurance Services, an insurance brokerage and financial service firm in Briarcliff Manor, N.Y., announced two additions to the New York Metro team: Robert Reers as president and Susan Fanciullo as senior vice president of operations.
As president, Reers will focus on growing and expanding the New York operation, while continuing to oversee employee benefit services. Fanciullo will lead the New York operations team which includes account management, analytics and underwriting, marketing, clinical solutions, carrier management and the rollout of USI’s corporate strategies and directives.
Reers, with 24 years of industry experience, spent the last four years as USI’s national employee benefit practice leader responsible for coordinating the sales and service delivery model across the country.
Prior to the national practice leader role, Reers was the senior vice president of sales and marketing for USI’s New York City office overseeing the sales organization and focused on providing consulting and advisory services. Before joining the company in 2004, he served in various sales management roles on the insurance carrier side including CIGNA Healthcare and Aetna/US Healthcare.
Fanciullo brings over 23 years of experience in the health care arena to USI. Prior to joining USI, she has held positions as vice president of national accounts for Anthem BCBS and was vice president of sales in national accounts for Aetna, United Healthcare and J.P. Morgan Chase’s insurance brokerage division.
