What a bunch of whiners! Everyone knows that schools are hyperbolic when it comes to their stats and they take artisitc license. What kind of attorneys are they going to be if they can’t see that and ask the right questions? Blah, Blah, Blah.
I wonder ift hey realize that every firm worth working for is looking at the names of the plaintiffs and saying. “Ok here is a list of people not to hire.” Suing that you were misled is admitting you were fleeced. And if there is no fleecing, you are a potential hiring nightmare.

I think you give them too much credit. I’ll bet there are plenty that would say, “Hey, what a creative way to generate revenue. Come work for me, Bernie!”
The court’s comment was overly generous to their hatchling brethren in commenting about “the most severe contraction in demand for legal services.” Hasn’t anyone heard of the law of supply and demand?
The real problem is an already huge oversupply of ambulance chasers! Instead of continuing to increase the surplus of attorneys, how about some federal aid to repurpose many law schools to more useful pursuits?
