we need home insurance car insurance pay never have owed never claimed anything fence 25 yrs ago from bob hurricane that’s. are house is payed for are car truck is payed for we owe no one it just had liberty for cosmetic reasons they didnt inform us with a letter nothing only had them a year we are fixing as of know the 5 non major thing s i believe in insurance i do nor abuse it i feel we were unjustly used.got liberty in april 2o18 in mass. the aent knew there were issues i was naive they i had plymouth rock through elements were every year they find you best deal at the time 2017 to 2018 they told ellements not my family that they saw rot out side nothing inside, they said they saw roof buckling well wasnt the roof roof in excellent condition was a gutter we are replacing i was told from element s to send pictures ive, never had an issue i thought was petty and didnt have a cell phone to send pictures or a camera really didnt think it was big deal , well i left plymouth i took liberty through elements id had liberty before the agent came knowing full well that the issues existed sat with us sold us life insurance was more into that than are home we did get the life insurance with are money i just closed that out okay in april we signed with liberty i kept asking about these issues it was april of 2018, i was told no news good news over and over the agent never came and said if you dont fix these things we will have to get rid of you in december i didnt see anyone they accessed outside we new nothing in february we get a letter from liberty as of april 6 2019 buysee ya, im hurt angry, they i feel because we are older and householder that they didnt care a letter to us in december would of been the right thing to do we did not understand how anal this insurance agencies have become. who needs an agent when there really not there to inform you.okay in this month gutters around front roof are being replaced and the back door my husband fixed and the gutters that are being replaced cause the roof from front lawn to look out of line. and having the shingles on one side of cape home all replaced because sun over years damaged some of the side of house, all being done in this coming month of march.i want home insurance my credit excellent. i have never scammed anyone i feel very used.can i get insurance for nothing we did wrong. or do i loose my faith in everything. because everyone clumped together.
