This is why so many people hate attorneys.

Unbelievable. Only a heartless attorney would try to profit from this horrible tragedy. Wish I could print what I really think. I wonder if Mr. Pinsky has metal detectors and an armed guard at his office entrance.

Brian, you better start looking for a lawyer because when this scum-of-a-lawyer “Mr. Pinsky” (does he even deserve that “Mr. title?) reads your comment, he will feel you have said enough incriminating words that constitute a “threat” that warrant another lawsuit if you are not arrested by Connecticut police with your “I wonder if Mr. Pinsky has metal detectors and an armed guard at his office entrance.” comment.

The truth is that unless someone was there at the ready and armed, I don’t know that it could have been prevented.

Sick people will always be ou there. Including the idiots who let the lawsuit proceed.

I have news for you, Pinhead Pinski, the world is not “a safe place”. And if it is not about the money then why not sue for $1,000,000 or for that matter $1,000 just to prove your point. What a sleazbag.

Yes, Connecticut is to blame because they only provided a school that was locked tight and had plenty of security measures in place. However, since Connecticut failed to have a SWAT team posted at the door to stop someone with no violent criminal history from shooting out the glass in the door to break in and commit his first and last horrific act, they are to blame. Shame on them for not providing adequate armed tactical security. Yes, this message was totally sarcastic. This attorney is only seeking a paycheck. It’s horrible what this child and all of the others, adults and children, had to endure and my heart aches for all of them but Connecticut is not to blame.

This is just outrageous! People like Mr Pinski are simply looking to serve themselves, who does he think he is fooling. The only thing such a law suit will accomplish is to line Mr. Pinski pockets… “make the world safe”, oh, please, spare me!
One thing this will acomplish is a bigger tax bill for every CT citizen, who will ultimately shoulder the cost of any such suit.

Pinsky….you need to have your license to practice law taken away and any judge who will hear this case in their courtroom needs to join you! You are a pathetic piece of human flesh!!!
