And why does the government needs to subsidize this area?
they need to fill their little pork bellies
Good to see Kemper’s name on ANY list. But if they’re on it, where are Atlantic Mutual and the Home?
Atlantic Mutual merged with ACE a few years ago
Where is the blurb for Fireman’s Fund? They have many high valued homes in this region, yet nothing is mentioned???
I don’t see Nationwide or Farmers either, two very significant carriers. ???
Perplexed…. the subsidizes go to local gov and state..infrastructure…new landfills, water sewer, streets, vehicle removal, the unisured and the list goes on. All those things excluded in the insurace contracts for Gov’s. FEMA will give low interest loan for the high deductibles on coastal wind, flood. Flood is going to be ACV plus the excluded property and high deductible. Homeowners need these loans to start rebuilding and they are loans. FEMA also has some grant $$ for individuals. It’s complex to rebuild a community.
