    The way I figure it is; if everyone in New Jersey kicks in $282 they can easily replace the 2.5 Billion. I’m sure this Blue State can get everyone on board as it is only fair they should pay to replace their own services that were in disrepair before Sandy. If not Rosa, Frank and Hakeem should gladly pay for those who can’t or won’t.

      Don’t you realize it is red state folks who should contribute to blue state problems—the GIVERS must give to the TAKERS—in the interest of FAIRNESS!!!

    They are just looking for votes. If they really wanted to avoid these cuts, they would have started trying to balance the budget the day after the deal was struck last year to allow overspending during 2012 in exchange for these cuts now.
