Seriously??? WTC officials honestly think the airlines owe them money over this tragedy? Who will they sue next, the fuel manufacturers because the jet fuel caught fire? Only in America.

Forget it, Mr. Landlord. The funds if any should go to your insurers who already settled the loss and should be entitled to subrogation.

Try the NSA. Terrorists weren’t even defined in 2001. What WERE the safety standards in 2001? Anyone going anywhere could get on a plane with a knife cutter. No profiling. No database. No restrictions. NSA would have set safety standards. I doubt the airlines were in non-complaince as far as passenger boarding. I’m just saying! WTC needs to forge for monies elsewhere.

Rather than sue the airlines, why not sue the Saudi businessmen and the members of the Saudi Royal Family who the 9/11 Commission identified as having provided funds to the hijackers?

Survivors and victims of the 9/11 attacks already tried to sue the Saudi’s responsible in Federal District Court in NYC. Bush’s Attorney General, Alberto Gonzoles intervened and ordered all litigation terminated so that it wouldn’t interfere with the long standing friendship between the Saudi’s and the Bush family, and the most favored nation status that the US has always given Riydah.
After all, we shouldn’t let something as minor as 9/11 interfere with international friendships. Right?

Hmmm…consider Condoliza Rice and the NSA, the worst and most “over her head” NSA adivisor in history. When she was told “the system is blinking red” by the head of the CIA concerning potential Al Quaida activity involving US planes, her response was “you are just swatting at flies”. She was not inclined to “bother” the President, with whom the CIA demanded an audience with, while he was on vacation. She did not think to ponder the significance of the head of the CIA wanting a direct audience with the President on short notice which is not an everyday thing. Condi’s vast intelligence experience prior to her NSA job was as Provost at Stanford University. Condi’s reward for her horrible job as NSA advisor were big bucks speaking engagements, a prominant role at the GOP convention this summer, and a membership at Augusta National in her retirement. Hit’em strait Condi! Hope you are sleeping well these days.

Mull it all you want. I fail to see how the airlines were negligent.
