That $12M could have gone for disaster relief and be deducted from what we taxpayers will pay. I, for one, as an American taxpayer do not mind sending relief to states for calamities out of their control. But Texas should not get annual fire aid relief when they refuse to budget or tax. WE are Americans Sarah… WE, as Americans, take care of each other… At least that USE to be the American way before people like you started the name calling.
