You can’t keep saying period and then act like you meant comma.

As a Republican, I am embarrassed at your limited memory. President Obama misspoke, lied, or whatever label you wish to put upon his statement. Who died? When Bush lied about Hussein and the Weapons of Mass Destruction, where was your hue and cry? We lost honest, hard working soldiers whose families are impacted for life. His lies additionally have gotten us into Afghanistan (a war from which we cannot exit). The cost of those two wars makes this healthcare debacle pale by comparison. I would rather lose my healthcare for a while.

Exactly!! This is my response to Agent on another thread when he asked me did I not take Obama’s lies seriously:

I take them about as seriously as you took Dubya’s continuous lies about Iraq, Agent:

President George W. Bush and seven of his administration’s top officials, including Vice President Dick Cheney, National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice, and Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, made at least 935 false statements in the two years following September 11, 2001, about the national security threat posed by Saddam Hussein’s Iraq. Nearly five years after the U.S. invasion of Iraq, an exhaustive examination of the record shows that the statements were part of an orchestrated campaign that effectively galvanized public opinion and, in the process, led the nation to war under decidedly false pretenses.

On at least 532 separate occasions (in speeches, briefings, interviews, testimony, and the like), Bush and these three key officials, along with Secretary of State Colin Powell, Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz, and White House press secretaries Ari Fleischer and Scott McClellan, stated unequivocally that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction (or was trying to produce or obtain them), links to Al Qaeda, or both. This concerted effort was the underpinning of the Bush administration’s case for war.

It is now beyond dispute that Iraq did not possess any weapons of mass destruction or have meaningful ties to Al Qaeda. This was the conclusion of numerous bipartisan government investigations, including those by the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (2004 and 2006), the 9/11 Commission, and the multinational Iraq Survey Group, whose “Duelfer Report” established that Saddam Hussein had terminated Iraq’s nuclear program in 1991 and made little effort to restart it.

In short, the Bush administration led the nation to war on the basis of erroneous information that it methodically propagated and that culminated in military action against Iraq on March 19, 2003. Not surprisingly, the officials with the most opportunities to make speeches, grant media interviews, and otherwise frame the public debate also made the most false statements, according to this first-ever analysis of the entire body of prewar rhetoric.

President Bush, for example, made 232 false statements about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and another 28 false statements about Iraq’s links to Al Qaeda. Secretary of State Powell had the second-highest total in the two-year period, with 244 false statements about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and 10 about Iraq’s links to Al Qaeda. Rumsfeld and Fleischer each made 109 false statements, followed by Wolfowitz (with 85), Rice (with 56), Cheney (with 48), and McClellan (with 14).

At least Obama’s lies did not result in an unnecessary war and thousands of lives lost.

        From Wikopedia:
“The attack killed between 3,200 and 5,000 people and injured 7,000 to 10,000 more, most of them civilians. Thousands more died of complications, diseases, and birth defects in the years after the attack. The incident, which has been officially defined as an act of genocide against the Kurdish people in Iraq, was and still remains the largest chemical weapons attack directed against a civilian-populated area in history.”

When the weapons inspectors left he simply moved the weapons to another facility.

Bush W acted on intelligence gathered from several countries including MI6 and the CIA.

            Bush W presented it.

He could not have created it.

Bush W did not lie about weapons of mass destruction.

Regardless of such: Saddam had them, and managed to get rid of them in the heat of invasion.

Your version of reality is horse #@% and I’ve already proven that.

Regardless, it is not possible that Bush W lied about Iraq. He would have had to have gathered the evidence which he did not. He was honest from day one, his speech when we went to Iraq highlighted getting women the right to vote and an evil dictator out. Ultimately, he did it. It is heartless sons’ %#@%es like you that whine about it. What, 5,000 US deaths are not as valuable as an entire country being crushed into the whim of a man who had women raped, killed, men killed, by the thousands, and we found mass graves, and he directly contributed to hundreds of thousands of deaths? He intended on using WMDS whenever he had the ability. It is good that he’s gone. Stop being an inept, whiny, little cry baby about it.

As I have said many times, both Al Gore and Hillary Clinton held that same evidence, and said the evidence said we had to go to war with Iraq. They did not say Bush W says we have to go to war with Iraq. Bush W did the right thing with Iraq, whether you liberal @$$hats want to admit it or not, or want to admit how selfish you are or not. The country needed us. End of story. We had this back and forth about what to do with Iraq for over 20 years, 30 by now. Every president, HW, Clinton, W, all talked about what to do with Saddam. One day bombing him and saying he is a threat, and the next trying to claim that we over stepped our bounds by going in the country is incredibly disingenuous. Is he, or is he not, a threat Libby? Stay f#@%@%ing consistent!!

The answer is: Yes. He was. And one president threw his @$$ out permanently while your presidents kept on kicking the can. When we bomb a country and make a point that our relationship will include bombing, and they have a WMD program developing, you really believe they won’t bomb back?

            HA. And HA.

Rebuilding a country always takes effort, and can be catastrophic. In the end, it’s worth it.

Of course that didn’t last as time went on, but you showed the youtube on all the Democrats agreeing that Iraq having WMD’s. Libby has selective memory and she thinks GW lied to us. He went in there and kicked butt, but the thing he didn’t count on were all the Sheites and Sunnis would continue to war with one another and yes their were a bunch of Terrorists still in there to cause havoc. He and his administration made misjudgments, but they didn’t lie because they truly felt they would find something. Our wonderful UN gave Saddam too much time to move them out.

Agent – you can continue to re-write history to make invading Iraq seem patriotic, but Iraq &/or Saddam Hussein had nothing to do with 9/11. That attack and invasion were already in the works when 9/11 happened. Just what Bush needed to put his master plan into action! Too bad they didn’t get the bad guys, but sure did kill alot of Americans.

Bob, let’s not forget that Saddam also had a lengthy war with Iran back in the day. Iran was poised to overrun Iraq, so he unleashed chemical weapons on them as well. That is the only way he survived that war. The wonderful UN passed seventeen resolutions demanding inspections and condemning him and all the world intelligence agencies agreed with GW and they formed a coalition to go in and clean it out. However, the process took too long to bring about and gave him plenty of time to move them out to Syria who got them and used them on their people. Does anyone believe that Syria & Russia has dismantled these weapons even though Obama’s red line was trampled on repeatedly?

He is so desperate, he hired Microsoft to come in and redesign the site that isn’t built and doesn’t work. Why didn’t he do that last year instead of giving the 15 incompetent vendors the contract? Microsoft probably could have done it for 5% of what has been spent to date.

At best, I was accurate and he tried to stop it, and is possibly the only president who did (see Clinton who encouraged it, and Obama who sued Citibank and encouraged loan practices that failed the market)

So I’m really curious, what exactly made George W a bad president?

Actually, Redlining was legal in the mortgage industry until G Dubs & His Special Sauce were lobbied by the mortgage broker industry (primarily privately equity owned firms) to promote home ownership. The ancillary benefit to this was supposed to be the increase in the bottom lines for all hard goods dealers, manufacturers, builders, insurance companies as well as act as an investment vehicle for the homeowner. While Dubs was playing his version of Call of Duty, his wars were financed by the First Bank of Murrica credit card only we used stated income to apply for our line of credit and because he said “trust me, I’m from Texas and we do this all the time” no one seemed to feel the need to verify. This like all maxed out revolving debt accrues interest exponentially is what causes one to go bankrupt. Throw in the Bush tax decreases and we now have a negative cash flow. Billions turned to trillions with the interest due and will keep piling up. All those Dubya supporters took out an interest only ARM and just like that, your balloon payment is due. Time to pay in full or move out! Amazing how fast time goes and amazing how something that seemed so right at the time was actually so wrong. That isn’t cool whip on your lips.

Seems like you always have to get approval and acceptance from your IJ chat buddies. This exemplifies what an example of a Pregnant Chad is. Better yet, this is what you call a Pregnant Choad. If you keep getting inseminated by this Koch Brother Propaganda, you’ll be sure to turn your brown eye blue.

Here’s a song I wrote for you. It’s called “Blinded by the Flag” Sing it to the tune of Blinded by the Light.

You believe that the tea party is entitled to their own point of view?

Ha. And Ha. I have seen your dominating mentality and crap spewed out about the right.

Ultimately, you need to realize that using the “we all have a point of view” in order to refuse to ever modifying your point of view (which is why liberals use the phrase) is not open minded, in fact, it ensures you won’t ever change your mind.

Also: There is right, and wrong, in the world. And topics are worth researching before being an emotional @$$Hat. If you want a respected opinion, it should be the right one at best, but a researched one at worst. Otherwise, you should shut your trap.

A few simple fixes for that. 1 – Stop entering in offensive wars. We don’t do so well statistically in these types of wars and you would think the great financiers of this nation would pay attention to these types of facts. 2 – Pay your MF’ing taxes. Being a part of Team ‘Murrica isn’t free so if you are beholden to a high and tight hair cut and camo gear, you need to do more than wear a flag pin that we will have funding for these types of needs. 3 – The military is not a job program so we need to stop sending the bottom half of every high school class to war. The wealthy don’t have to serve on the front lines, but those that do serve always go to Germany, Japan, or one of the other countless nations we still occupy. Bring back the Job Corps and give these human beings skills they will be actually be able to use like rebuilding the United States and Texas. Don’t use the military as a pawn to try to push your “freedom fighter agenda”

Because as your mind seems incapable of grasping:

A source isn’t always either right or wrong. You have to analyze it to see if it is right or wrong.

Someone commented that either Microsoft or Google or someone “volunteered” to fix the Healthcare.gov website but Obama turned that offer down. Then I think Libby (but maybe Celtica) showed that Snopes said this was not true. Agent then slammed Snopes.

So, while you may think it’s an appropriate source, that “fact” is apparently debatable. I always thought it was a good source, but what do I know.

idiotica, I mean Celtica that comment goes to show you are as stupid with history as you are with math. The people in South Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia assisted the US Government and many a US soldier. In fact many of these people had jobs working with the US while in Vietnam, laos etc. They were not all sex slaves you idiot. For example the Hmong people in Laos fought against invading military forces from North Vietnam and insurgents. Hmong people were persecuted and executed for helping the US by the Vietnamese Army, when they took over the Laotian government in 1975, with the support of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Hundreds of thousands of Hmong refugees had to flee the country or die. Thousands of them resettled in western countries mostly since the late 1970s and mostly in the United States, Canada, Australia and I think France.
There is a large population of Hmong people in Wisconsin and Minnesota because people in those states were gracious enough to sponsor them. Not everyone was having sex you moron

Dear Ralph, Merry Christmas to you too.

Bush really didn’t need much evidence to go to war. The thought of WMD in Iraq provided a neat excuse for Bush to take action in Iraq to make up for Bush’s inaction in not taking any precautions after he was warned that Bin Laden intended to strike inside the U.S. .

The fact it was an oil rich country and he was a Texas oilman was just a bonus for he and his chums who profited beyond all expectations.

If Bush’s inaction was bad, then democrats wanting to pull out before being finished in Iraq was equal.

If Clinton’s action was ok, then Iraq was a threat, regardless of WMD’s, that needed to be taken out.

The mere mention of WMD’s is not what lead us to war regardless.

Yes. He was a Texas Oil Man. Texas Oil. Because there’s a lot of it, and he runs oil from texas plants. One oil company in Iraq doesn’t share it’s money with oil companies in Texas. He doesn’t profit from it, and he didn’t even secure oil trad agreements. Oil had nothing to do with it. However, the democrats did try to secure oil agreements after their take over in 2006.

You’re an idiot to do with Iraq.

For the same reason people say Obama lied about the ACA and still went forward with it. His ego. America had just been bombed for the first time in history. He needed to step up and appear as a forceful leader and take action. Who better to scapegoat than the world’s most-hated Muslim. A man his daddy failed to conquer during his one term. The fact that oil prices skyrocketed during that time was just an added bonus.

Libby, you say Lied – that’s past tense. ofnBama is still currently lying to people even after he was called out on it.

Its his way of life. It how he was brought up in the political ranks. HE IS CURRENTLY LYING TO EVERYONE.

Until you have tried it, you will not know for yourself.

Lucky you getting to keep what you have.

I know of two that will need the mental health benefits. They were both breaking down when I informed them they used incompetent pins head that OfnBaba hired.

If the first gal don’t get her specialty treatment, that will be one. If she is going to have to pay out of pocket, well a BK attorney just got some more biz.

Merry X Mass – here another bill at the worst time of the year for both them families to pile on the pile just cause ofnBama said so.

Thousands of of soldiers in Afghanistan, Benghazi, A border Patrol agent from Fast and Furious, and millions more once Obamacare goes into effect and worse if it becomes a single payer system. I guess that is the cost of Liberalism. Bet your proud.

        HAHAHAHAHAHA

        BULL CRAP.

Correct that he needed to step up. INCORRECT that he needed a scape goat.

You forget, because all you F#@%@%ing idiot liberals emphasized on was the possibility of WMD’s, that Bin Laden was in Iraq when he fled, let me repeat that, Bin Laden was in Iraq when he fled, let me repeat that, BIN LADEN WAS IN IRAQ WHEN HE FLED.

We told Saddam to let us inspect for Bin Laden, we told him to let us inspect his weapons. Saddam did have connections with Al Quieda in the 90’s, and we were inspecting those connections. You are so inept on this it is insane.

Oil had nothing to do with the war with Iraq.

This is something that Liberal stations did not report on. Note that this guy is actually one of the guys that lead to Bin Laden. Caught in Iraq, Hassun Ghul received funding from Saddam for his regime of hundreds of Al Qaeda operatives.

Bush W reported on this immediately. Liberals said there was no Saddam connection.

Bush W went straight for the people responsible for the twin towers, and went straight for Osama Bin Laden. He ultimately caught the guy that lead to Bin Laden in 1 year. 1 year. Obama would not have went into Iraq, and would not have tortured Hassun (liberals say because he was tortured over 100 times it is not clear if torture cracked him).

Bush W was effective, you guys just ignored him intentionally all the time.

Bob: I’ll play along — if Hassun Ghul was caught in 2004 and Bin Laden was caught in 2011, how do you get 1 year (1 year) out of that??? And If Bush went straight for Bin Laden, how come he didn’t catch him?

          ???

And I should note he caught the guy that lead to Osama Bin Laden in one year, by going to Iraq.

You call that scape goat? He got the right guy. If we had not gone into Iraq, we would not have captured Hassun Ghul.

Research. History. You. Moron. It is unacceptable to hate a guy as much as Bush W without knowing what the hell you’re talking about, or saying it’s about oil, or saying it was about lies, or that there was no reason to go to Iraq, while Clinton bombed them for God’s sakes.

        Grow up. You. Whiny. Brat.

Someone from Cook County was the worst possible choice. Everyone in the country knew how bad things are in Chicago and the num nuts still voted him in.

And now, all these people getting bum advice from people that don’t know their heads from their A holes from people that have no business being in this business. And we (agents) cant be trusted he says.

Both these women now have to change all their docs. They all have to pay for record trans fees or eat the out of network charges. This isn’t going to help anyone control costs. Call a docs office and ask do you take blue cross. The receptionist are too stupid to specify the Choice Network and say yes. Now the unsuspecting consumer walks in, gets treated and gets Out of Network Charges.

People gonna have a rude awakening when they start seeing this on the tax bills.

Anyone left defending this ass hole is dumber then the jack asses he hired to run the 800 number.

Right from the beginning. Years ago. That’s why he cut us out. Thought we would be driven by commission over better interest.

Called the entire industry “Immoral” because of the profits Health Carriers turn.
Saw the video clip at a New Agent Orientation when I signed up with the regional carrier in my mix Early 2010.
He don’t care who he offends. He don’t care about women. Most have sever anxiety over changing the lady parts doc. He don’t care. What he says and does are two different things. He is just a liar.
