i was a survivor of the typhoon in leyte on nov 8th of 2013. i was insured by travelguard a subsidiary of AIG. i submitted my claim after i was able to get to safety in manila. as of jan 23rd 2014 it is still under investigation. i lost everything and have had my claim delayed and processing of it move at a snails pace. is this how you become insurance leader of the year? when your company takes in money, makes money off the interest by delaying claims, and refusing to pay, even to obvious victims of natural disaster, i guess that make you a great insurance leader, but a poor human being.

i was a survivor of typhoon yolanda in leyte, and i had travelers insurance through travelguard a subsidiary of aig. my claim is taking 6 weeks so far. my online claim information is still not up to date. i have yet to see an investigator, or hear anything but rhetoric from travelguard and aig. maybe you are a good leader to your peers, but to folks who purchased your policies and have not been compensated or dealt with in a timely fashion, it seems as you are just another man selling dreams to the unfortunate. it reminds me of holocust victims paying for insurance their children would never live to collect. just getting paid. if you look at it that way, you are a great leader.
