Bravo to Commissioner Redeker and everyone in the CDOT who work to clean our roads during the winter. The safety of our traveling public depends on roads that are free from ice and snow. If I have to choose between a rusty car and a winter collision, I will take the rusty car every day. I have had winter driving accidents caused by nothing but winter driving conditions; they are dangerous and expensive. I have friends who have lost loved ones to icy roads. I ask that our officials please to keep the roads clean and please do not worry about vehicle corrosion.
