    What a farce.

“At sentencing Tuesday, he was ordered to repay the money at a rate of just $25 a month.” For $295,000 that’s…$983 years.

Certainly sends a message to anyone else willing to fraudulently “file for disability benefits…after he worked hundreds of hours of overtime to boost his pension just before retiring.”

Wonder if the IRS is going after Parlante next; I bet they have a different repayment plan. The NY watchdog needs new teeth.
