Northeast Pa is still has the scar’s from the mining industry. Sulfur yellow rivers culm banks. this is just one more insult to the land and people of Pa. Large portions of local and state budgets go to clean up the last 150 years of abuse. The future generations of anyone who remains there will pay for this debacle.
