I was forced to find a hotel as our condo had 6.5′ of water in the parking level. The hotel I stayed in charged their ‘nermal’ full rate, but for that privilege, guests didn’t get heat or lighting. Hot water, yes. Elevators, yes. Dining room, barely, though the food probably looked better in the dim candlelight.
