Endurance Specialty Insurance Ltd., a new, global provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, has appointed Louis A. Adanio, 47, as Executive Vice President, Chief Property Underwriting Officer.
“Louis comes to the Endurance management team with a wealth of expertise in insurance and reinsurance underwriting,” Kenneth LeStrange, Chairman, President and CEO commented. “His experience in senior roles at a number of national, global and specialty insurers makes him a key player at Endurance.”
Prior to joining Endurance, Adanio was President and Chief Underwriting Officer at Cambridge Risk Technical Underwriters, a managing general agent focused on large and technical commercial property risks. Previous to that, he spent 16 years at SCOR Reinsurance where he was Senior Vice President and a member of the board of directors.
