Bermuda-based PartnerRe Ltd. announced that payment of a distribution on Capital Trust I Preferred Securities, and a dividend and contract adjustment payment on Premium Equity Participating Security (PEPS) Units, will be made on Dec. 31, 2004.
Payment will be to shareholders of record on Dec. 21, 2004.
The distribution on the Capital Trust I Preferred Securities will be $0.49375 per share. Payment for each PEPS unit will be $1.00 per share, consisting of a dividend of $0.70125 and a contract adjustment payment of $0.29875.
This purchase contract obligation which forms part of each PEPs unit is due to settle on Dec. 31, 2004, and this will be the final dividend and contract adjustment payment on the PEPs units. The PEPs units will be suspended from trading before the opening of business on Dec. 28, 2004.
