Franklin Named Endurance U.S. VP

Bermuda-based Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. announced that its U.S. reinsurance subsidiary, Endurance Reinsurance Corporation of America (Endurance Re) has hired Darrell E. Franklin as Senior Vice President.

Franklin has over thirty-five years of professional experience in the reinsurance and insurance industry. Most recently, he served as Head of the Western Region for Employers Reinsurance Corporation (ERC). “Throughout his twenty-five years with ERC, Mr. Franklin held a variety of positions including Head of U.S. Regional Accounts, Central Territory Manager, an international reinsurance role, and Branch Manager,” said the bulletin. He began his career with The Hartford Insurance Group where he handled a variety of responsibilities including Marketing Manager.
