Welcome your post EPA world as envisioned by every candidate for the Republican nomination who have said time and again that they would eliminate the EPA.

I’m a moderate Republican and this is the second time I agree with you regarding laws/regulations. History has shown us that if the environment isn’t protected greed will take over and ruin it. There is one great tool in the US that has been used to preserve places. Have a location designated a national park or monument. If it’s a populated place, you have another Hinkley

Thanks Anejo. There’s been quite a bit of press lately about how there are fewere and fewer moderate Republicans left and virtually none in Congress. People forget that the EPA was created by Nixon after our environment was so polluted, several rivers in the Rust Belt actually caught fire. People forget Love Canal and Rachel Carson’s Silent Spring. People forget that Conservatives at one time were actually firm believers in “conservation”!

Thanks. I’ll tell you where else I agree with you. I’m straight but it’s none of my business what another person chooses to do with their genitalia. It’s certainly isn’t the governments. Whether it’s gay sex/marriage, or prostitution. It’s not my business or the governments. Though I must say I am opposed to being forced to dig out my wallet and buy something if I choose not to.(I know where you stand there)I would just as soon have the government stay completely out of my pants.

If this concerns you, try buying some garlic powder at the grocery store. It’s all grown in China, irrigated by water polluted with chromium 6. You are sprinkling it in your spaghetti sauce.
