There are much more heartwarming stories out there than this. People often see their whole life savings burn to the ground only to watch it be rebuilt because they had insurance. If not for that, they’d be homeless. What’s more heartwarming than that?
Somehow, to me, it shows how “Customer Service” is supposed to work. How many times do underwriters provide customer service to the agents? And, yes, I have worked on both sides of the industry…for a long time now.
This last one costing 1500 euros [$1980], the 2 rooms at 205 euros [$270] each. If we estimate it correctly, AXA probably spent just under 2500 euros [$3,300] for us.
