Ohio-based Celina Insurance Group has contracted with a software provider to offer agents instant online rating for commercial lines products.
The Internet-based quoting service provided by Rackley Systems Inc. has been added to Celina’s agents-only Web site as a faster, more convenient way to rate on-line.
Agents will still have available the traditional means of telephoning or faxing their underwriter or CSR, but the Rackley quoting will be quicker and offer the ability to quote several possible scenarios without awaiting a return phone call.
The new system includes rating for commercial auto, garage, general liability, and workers’ compensation. Commercial property will soon be added.
Visit www.celinagroup.com for more information. Celina already offers on-line rating for its small business owners product.
