Mike McClure has been named to the newly created position of vice president of finance and strategic development for NATLSCO Inc., the service platform of Kemper Insurance Cos.
Kemper recently announced it was combining its risk management and loss administration services into a single platform to sell its capabilities independently to new customers. These services include claims administration; medical and disability management that include return to work services; loss control services to help clients control workers compensation, liability and property loss exposures; and legal bill audit services. NATLSCO Inc. is a subsidiary of the Kemper Insurance Companies.
McClure joined Kemper in 1998 as chief financial officer for its Client Services Group. Since 1999, he has served the corporate functions as vice president for affiliate finance. Prior to joining Kemper, Mike was chief accounting officer and secretary for Corus Bankshares Inc. Before that he held management positions with Sears, Roebuck and Co. and Ernst & Young. Mike presently serves on the board of directors of Corus Bankshares, Inc.
