St. Louis, Mo.-based E&S wholesale broker International Placement Services Inc. (IPSI) has added four people to its home office.
Kelly S. Miller joins the firm as a broker in the commercial special risk unit. Kelly graduated from St. Louis University with a bachelor’s degree. She began her insurance career in 1993 with an insurance carrier and more recently worked at two national brokerage houses, Willis and Marsh, in the risk management divisions.
Patrick W. Reilly (CPCU, ARM, AAI) joined IPSI to specialize in the construction/contractor disciplines. He has more than 16 years experience in the marketing and placement of property/casualty business with emphasis on construction related accounts. Reilly graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earning a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism serves as president of the St. Louis chapter of the Society of CPCU.
Dawn Azar has been assigned to the property department as a production assistant. Azar started in the insurance industry in 1993, with experience in both the carrier and agency segments of the industry. She attended Florissant Valley Junior College.
Jennifer K. Rybak (CISR) joins the firm as a production assistant in the commercial special risk department. Jennifer was formerly with Marsh for five years and is currently pursuing a BSBA degree from the University of Phoenix.
