Chicago-based Jacobson Executive Search has hired Edwin Felice to assist with the continued development of their executive search and selection practice in the Midwest. The specialty search firm serving the insurance, healthcare and financial services industries has named Felice vice president-executive search consultant.
Based out of the firm’s home office in Chicago, Felice will provide talent acquisition consulting services for senior-level roles, such as vice president, C-level and board member positions.
Felice joins Jacobson with over 30 years of expertise in the executive search, human resources and insurance arenas. Ed most recently served as managing partner of a boutique executive search firm focused on the insurance and financial services industries.
His extensive career also includes tenure with Allstate Insurance Co. in a number of claims, underwriting, finance, sales, human resources, actuarial resources and product operations roles. Additionally, Felice is highly involved in several industry associations at local, regional and national levels.
