The Chicago-based law firm Butler Rubin Saltarelli & Boyd LLP has announced that Kevin Jon Mueller has joined the firm as an associate, effective immediately. Mueller will focus his practice in the areas of complex commercial and reinsurance litigation.
In September 2004, Mueller began his legal career as Law Clerk to the Honorable Mark Rindner in Anchorage, Alaska. During law school, he served as an intern in the U. S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois, and as a Pro Bono Mediator with the Center for Conflict Resolution, among other activities.
A cum laude graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, Mueller was the Managing Editor of the Northwestern Journal of International Human Rights. He received his B.S. in Business, magna cum laude, from Miami University of Ohio.
Butler Rubin assists clients nationally and internationally in the core practice areas of reinsurance and commercial litigation, including antitrust matters and legacy liability issues.
