Cincinnati Financial Corporation’s board of directors has declared a 30-1/2 cents per share regular quarterly cash dividend payable Jan. 17, 2006, to shareholders of record on Dec. 23, 2005. In January, the board raised the 2005 indicated annual cash dividend payout by 15 percent, including the effect of the 5 percent stock dividend distributed in April.
