Indiana Insurance recently honored its agencies’ customer service representatives (CSRs) for their dedication to assisting Indiana policyholders during the 1st annual Star Day held in Indianapolis.
Julie Most, a CSR with Insurance Management in Marion, Ind., was awarded Indiana Insurance Customer Service Representative of the Year for the state of Indiana. An employee with Insurance Management for seven years, Most oversees personal lines production and employee training for the Marion office, as well as five sub-offices of Northern Indiana Agents Alliance.
Also receiving honors from Indiana Insurance for their customer service proficiency were finalists Rita Buckles with The Mitchell Agency in Lafayette, Nancy Deer with Sky Insurance in Indianapolis, Joyce Dolato with The Braman Agency LLC in Merrillville, and Linda Griggs with Underwriters Alliance of Indiana in Indianapolis.
More than 170 CSRs from across Indiana were joined by Indiana Insurance staff as awards were also presented to appointed agencies for New Business Growth as well as Personal and Commercial Lines Policies-in-Force (“PIF”) Retention Improvement.
The New Business Growth winning agencies were First Advantage Insurance in Boonville, Main Source Insurance LLC in Batesville, and MacLennan & Bain in Valparaiso. The Rocchio Agency in Carmel was the Personal Lines PIF Retention winner and Wells Fargo Insurance Services in Indianapolis won for commercial Lines PIF Retention.
