Traffic accidents in South Dakota have killed 120 people so far this year.
That’s a 21 percent reduction, or 31 fewer deaths, than in the same period a year ago.
Brooke Bohnenkamp, state Public Safety Department information officer, said there had been 105 fatal crashes this year through Wednesday.
That compared to 138 fatal crashes in the same period last year, she said.
