What a great concept! It is up to the victim to sell their case to the prosecutor. The people we elect to enfore our laws aren’t “numbers people.” This is a sick society.

It’s not like the insurance company is getting murdered or raped. What is sick is that our industry has been allowing this to happen. If the victim isn’t passionate about the crime, why should the prosecutor be?
