Meadowbrook Insurance Group, a specialty risk management insurance company, has been selected by the Michigan Business & Professional Association (MBPA) as one of Metropolitan Detroit’s “101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” for the fourth consecutive year. Susan Cubbin, vice president of Human Resources for Meadowbrook, made the announcement.
The annual “101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For” list honors companies who recognize employees as their greatest asset and demonstrate the best practices in human resources. Businesses who appeared on the 2008 listing were evaluated based on various workplace issues such as compensation and benefits, education and development initiatives, recruiting and retention practices, and community involvement.
Meadowbrook will be honored by the Michigan Business & Professional Association at an awards presentation on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008 at the Conference and Events Center in Dearborn, Mich.
