Trust me, just because there is snow and cold doesn’t mean that crime doesn’t happen. It seems that arson rises in the winter, along with burglary. I don’t know how Madison ranked that high, but good for them. I know how Madison used to be, so this is a welcome change!
Funny how the majority of the top cities in each category are from VERY COLD areas where you are snowed much of the winter.
Wonder how much of that has to do with how far the cold places are from our Southern border, and the crime that emanates from there ?
