Isn’t this the county acting like the Penn woman in the story above?

But instead the system creamed them when it said no whey. The folks at the county scan it quickly pasturize.

How and why does a county, especially in a rural area, come in and tell a farm how many cows they can have. I am betting the farm was there first and the suburbanites forced them out of business.

You’d think the county would support any revenue coming in no matter where from. In 2000 the population was a little more than 3000, less now. It would set the county back about $1,800 per person if they lose. Sounds like small town politics to me.
