Why can’t these @$^#$% companies stop buying ingredients from China? Less than five years ago, many pet owners lost thier pets from a fake-protein additive (that is used in basement paneling)that caused fatal kidney failure.
For the lives of our pets…STOP IT!!!
Maybe a BOYCOTT would force them to listen!
My vet has signs posted all over he office about feeding dogs anything made in China-I am appalled that Walmart-Petsmart-Petco have not pulled these items from their shelves – READ the fine print on the back of the package and DO NOT take a chance if the product was manufactured in China do not give it to your dog – I even noticed that alot of the frozen fish items in grocery stores for human consumption are a product of China – Not feeding that to my dogs or my family. Buyer Beware.
who has 2 similar dogs, buys treats, and then feeds the treats to only one dog? was he experimenting? Did he not like one dog?
According to one news article, he said the other dog refused to eat the treats when he offered them.
Smart dog.
my rule is never ever eat anything from china, or give it to your pet. i am waiting for the next suit to be filed due to the frozen organic california medley veggies from china, sold at whole foods. apparently not certified by anyone. i heard in china they use human waste for fertilizer.
EUWWWWWWWW!

When is America going to wake up?? Nothing that comes from China is worth a damn. I am glad this guy filed suit, Walmart needs to remove all of these treats from their stores.
I agree wholeheartedly with Chad. Why discriminate against the 2nd dog?
If there was a warning on the package,he loses. If not,he wins.
I don’t know about all the Wal-Martians. I’ll be shopping at Target.
Target is not any better!
I bought a Wagon Trains product once. My dogs wouldn’t eat them and I threw it away. Now I am glad.
Need to recall all dog treats made in China NOW, not wait until who knows how long an investigation takes. Well over 600 deaths have been reported, and probably many more. There is a Facebook group Animal Parents against pet treats made in China, and a number of other sites with more details on this problem. These FDA Warnings should be required to be posted by the products in every store that sells them, otherwise, what good are they? I fed my dog these treats for quite awhile before I becamse aware of the problem. Thankfully, she is still alive, but it’s still possible she has some damage to kidneys or other organs that will show up later.
Our Westie died from eating Milo’s Kitchen Chicken Jerky treats that we bought at Walmart. I want to make the point that Walmart now takes no responsibility for items put on their shelves. I went and talked to the store managerafter Guss died and I explained how our dog died and he said he could only talk to his district manager. I waited 2 months and then I called the 800 number for Walmart and I gave the woman my complete story about how our dog ate the treats and died. So, after a 15 minute talk I asked her what was she going to do about it? She looked on her desk for complaints and said…she would call the store manager! Unbelievable. So, I waited a little while longer and made another 800 call and got nowhere. So, the next time I left a message that I was from the news media. I finally got a warm body. He placated me and finally after two months his supervisor emailed me and told me that it wasn’t their responsibility but it was Nestle/Milo Kitchen. I want to help this man with the lawsuit. This is criminal with what’s being done to these animals that can’t tell us what’s hurting them? I got a lot of love from my dog and I owe it to him to shut down these products.
Posted on Dee, I want your dog so badly I am tempted to sneak in and do sotnmhieg felonious. What IS he? Where can I GET one? I want one JUST LIKE THAT ONE, crap and all. And that’s love, my friend.
