You’re both disgusting. How would you feel being pantsed at a bar and having it filmed and distributed it without your permission. It’s sexist pigs like you that give good men everywhere the reputation of being horndogs.

Imagine it was your mother, your wife, your sister or your daughter that this happened to. I hope you’re ashamed of yourselves.

Let me get this straight- in the video she can clearly be seen objecting to what was done to her- and you find this funny? I can’t wait to hear what in this prompted you two idiots to make a joke.

i know. i was kidding. nobody wants that to happen to themselves or someone else. nudity’s kind of a funny thing though honestly…we’re the only country that’s so uptight about it. The germans sell kids cereal with nudity.

This just in, We are all horn dogs. We like boobies.
If it was against her will, then she deserves every penny she is asking for and they should just give it to her and get this off their desk.

It has nothing to do with being uptight- I happen to agree that as a culture it’s ridiculous that nudity will cause a movie to be rated R faster than violence any day of the week- I have no issue with the nudity, it’s the involuntary nature of the incident.

She may have no issue with nudity either. Just the fact they didn’t have her permission. They deserve what they got.

A DUI manslaughter is involuntary but people make jokes about drunk driving all the time. To me, a joke about a $5.8 million dollar forced flashing lawsuit is warranted due to the ludicrous nature of the entire thing.

Forced flashing is a form of sexual assault. So what would the right dollar amount be?

i don’t care what the right dollar amount is…you don’t think the whole thing is ridiculous? I feel like i’m taking crazy pills. Girls gone wild as a corporation has gotten hit with this lawsuit from at least 100 different claimants at this point. they are the dirty old man in the room. everyone laughs at that guy. i am laughing at them.

But the jokes above weren’t at the expense of Joe Francis or GGW- it was at the girl who was assaulted.

I agree there have been cases against GGW that were brought by people who regreted their decision to expose themselves, and those lawsuits are likely groundless. But that’s not the case here. This was someone who did not give them permission to expose her chest, let alone film it and distribute it for a profit. You say they’re the dirty old man in the room, but that’s a cop-out. It’s an organization that in this case had an employee sexually assault someone and then profitted from it. You can’t just sweep this kind of thing under the rug.

i don’t think it’s been swept under the rug. It’s common knowledge that GGW is creepy and lawless. In fact, even before they were in legal trouble they went to great lengths with their advertising to promote that very fact. The whole thing is ludicrous because of how obvious it is/was that they would be hammered by lawsuits. This story is very much like the ones we see every few weeks in IJ that say “storms are bad for property loss ratios.”

Also, would you be laughing at the “dirty-old-man” if he did this to your wife? What about your daughter?

It’s easy to laugh when it’s someone else. But wrong is wrong, and what they did to this girl is wrong.

If you expose yourself in public this is what happens whether you want your picture to be taken or not. I have no use for GGW which is disgusting or for the whiny woman who is paying the price for her stupid behavior.

She didn’t expose herself- that’s why this isn’t like many of the other cases against GGW. A contractor working for GGW pulled her top down against her will.

She may very well have been wronged but 5+ million dollars worth. The evidence is obviously not a slam dunk either way. But now it is kinda “damages gone wild” it would seem.

GGW was at a local bar in my town. Drove by with my wife. She says “lets go in” I said No Thanks. My wife has a nice set (in my opinion) and I did not want to bring her into that enviroment to have this very thing happen to her.
Point being there must be some assumed risk when you walk into an envirement like that. Especially if she too has a nice set. $5M??? Unless they are trying to send a message to GGW – and I hope that was the intent as people do need to be treated with respect – seems a bit excessive to me.
What happened to the person that pulled her shirt off? Did he/she get smacked with $5M too?

Did the filmmakers produce any signed model releases that allow for the distribution of these girls’ activities?
