Three Insurance Companies Placed in Liquidation in Illinois

Although these instances are sad, in all of them one can find that the accident and severity of the injuries could have been mitigated by a little common sense. Blaming ATV’s for the problem is kind of like blaming the candy companies for the obesity problem in our country. It all comes down to personal responsibility.
The problem with ATV’s…you can strap a case of beer to them. If you’re off roading…Go 2 wheels not 4!
Unfortunately, I am from North Vernon and “Big Jon”‘s accident was a result of drinking, high speeds, and not correctly using an ATV. For those of us who do ride them the way they are meant it is unfair to group us all together.
