What the hey !!! Why is Minot ND getting Federal aid ? The State of North Dakota has more money than the Feds – due to all the oil drilling, they are well in the black and then some !!!
I have family there and they are still living in only 3 rooms of the house they have since they can’t even get contractors to come and repair the homes they are so backed up or in the oil fields. How ever many Montana folks have headed there to work but are not getting paid either or waiting for months to get paid for the job they do
