My father was a truck driver for over 30 years and always carried a clip light with a 100w bulb to light up the box so he could load or unload after dark. If anything they should fire the person who loaded the truck. Just goes to show that even crap weighs a lot.
Unloading in the dark to avoid being fired….sounds like the trucker and his employer ought to share the blame and medical expenses.
