What a farce. 3 yrs probation and $48,000 fine?!?!? This after “hundreds of its insurance franchises failed” tells me that certainly CRIME DOES PAY. Meanwhile, this sack of dung has been living large at the expense of every agent who invested his or her life savings into a corrupt sham of a business model that took their money and ran. I know several of these agents and I can tell you that it rocked their world and some never will recover. I am nearly as disappointed with the outcome as I am with Orr’s sham.

3 years probation? This guy destroyed hundreds of agents and didn’t care at all. He is a dispicable human being.

Guess with the overwhelming evidence, he couldn’t plead otherwise. Now for the punishment…..

Insurance agents and banks complaining about insurance agents and nanks cheating each other to get more than they made before. Not very sexy for SEC and criminal prosecutors. That’s why so ez off. Most consumer complaints at state ins depts. are agents and companies complaining about other agents and companies…

I gave a statement to an SEC investigator about Brooke and I’m glad to finally see him convicted. But his sentence is a drop in the bucket. He should be doing serious time.
