If injured workers in North Dakota can’t sue WSI and their employers due to a failed contract to establish WSI, then WSI shouldn’t be able to sue anyone else for a failed contract either! WSI deserves their losses, just like the losses injured workers have been dealt at the hands of WSI. With around two billion dollars in reserves WSI has plenty of money after denying seriously injured workers long term benefits! WSI if you need extra $$$ sub your employees out as “telemarketers”!!!
Isn’t Aon E-Solutions in the news for a series of implementation failures. Seems like I read about one in Oklahoma (I seem to recall a lawsuit there as well), out in California and one in Florida. The real question is why would anyone hire Aon E-Solutions and not plan on the possibility of failure.
Typical IT b/s, I’m sure. Day 1, oh yeah our system can do that and much more…Day 3,000, oh it’s not our fault your business specifications weren’t adequate, it’s not our fault.
