WTF??!? Slowing down lawsuits? How long does it take to send a letter to tell whether you are double dippin in your lawsuits or not? What a farce – Dems never want to be transparent

The title of this article is seriously misleading! Get a clue! This is tort reform, plain and simple, because Plaintiffs’ attorneys have been encouraging their unsuspecting clients to commit fraud in the name of bigger payouts. Some of the unscrupulous Plaintiffs’ counsel have even been subject to RICO prosecutions for their deliberately misleading behavior. Besides that, people often die before their case comes to trial. That does not end the case. It simply proceeds as a part of the Plaintiff’s estate.
