So does this mean that all the motorized scooters in the grocery stores are going to have to have plates on them? There goes mall cop on his Segway chasing after granny in aisle 5 with plate number NT INSD.

Does this mean that all grocery store scooters now have to be registered? I can see Paul Blart on his Segway chasing the granny down aisle 5 with the license plate NT INSD.
