“OSHA initiated an inspection in December 2013 after the company allegedly failed to fix hazards following an April 2012 fire at the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.”
… today is 06/13/2014. So this company has been operating unsafely since April 2012, and that are just “facing fines” now. Way to be on the ball OSHA. If a company has operated this poorly for so long, they should just be shut down.
