    Why would a Brain Injury Provider Council or Brain Injury Association care about this type of legislation? Unless they are merely shills for the plaintiffs’ bar and the Association for Just-Us.

      Because brain injury providers make beaucoup bucks off of Michigan’s unlimited no-fault auto coverage, and sue any time their cash cow is threatened.
