I don’t get the thinking here…. We will punish auto drivers who are protected by a metal cage for not wearing a seat belt but we will allow a young man and lady to get on a crotch rocket and barrel down the road without helmets. Michigan where is your common sense? These seat belt traps are not for protecting individuals they are for making money for municipalities.
