    If she was selling insurance and any good at it, she should have been able to make substantial commissions and a very good income.

      Which has absolutely NOTHING to do with the point of the article, which is that a Nebraska bank allegedly violated federal law by paying women and men unequal base salaries for doing the same job.

      Try to stay on topic, unless of course your point was it’s okay discriminate based on gender.

    Of course she could have, but you’re OK with her making 33% less than the male doing the same job? The bank is run by a bunch of damn fools if they think this is fine, especially once they are asked about it. Keeping your head in the sand is a great way of having a lawsuit like this filed against you.

      She only makes 25% less than he does.
