State Farm Insurance announced plans to build a four-story operations center in the New Albany, Ohio, area to supplement its existing regional office in Newark, Ohio.
State Farm’s Ohio regional office is located at 1440 Granville Road in Newark and houses nearly 1,300 employees. The new 150,000-square-foot operations center in New Albany will accommodate an additional 600 employees.
This new building will provide office space for its expected employee growth. It anticipates it will take two years before completion. A decision as to which employees will be assigned to the new operations center has not yet been made.
