Esurance Inc., an Internet-exclusive provider of personal insurance, is expanding its auto insurance coverage area to five states with the addition of Colorado, Oregon, Minnesota, Virginia and Washington. Esurance now offers personal auto coverage in 21 states, which represents nearly 60 percent of the nation’s driving population.
